The story of Elevatoz Loyalty starts in 2018. Co-founders Bhaskar Venkataramasetty, Sushma Prasanna, and Sudeep Kumar noticed a need for affordable loyalty solutions to engage employees, channel partners and customers and boost sales. Brands were missing out on retaining key relationships and as a result, sales figures were significantly dipping. The three co-founders shared a common belief: "Investing in key relationships yields greater value for businesses". After all, at the heart of any successful business are people. It was this notion and the need for a cost-efficient solution that led to the birth of Elevatoz Loyalty.
The foundation of our loyalty programs is the scientific study of behaviour and a deep understanding of human relationships, backed by cutting-edge technology, advanced analytics, and holistic program design. They are powered by our easy-to-use, proprietary technology platform.
